Position Summary:
As the General Manager - Sales & service you will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales/Service strategies, leading a high-performing team, and achieving revenue targets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of successful leadership, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic Sales/Service plans to achieve company objectives.
Lead and motivate the team to meet and exceed targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners.
Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
Provide regular reports on performance and market trends to senior management.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a unified organizational approach.
Conduct regular training and development programs for the team.
Stay updated on industry trends and implement innovative sales/Service approaches.
Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven experience in a senior sales leadership role.
Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinking and analytical abilities.
Ability to inspire and lead a diverse sales team.
