We value innovation, teamwork, and continuous improvement, and we are looking for talented General Manager –Operation for Middle East at Dubai Location to join our team.

Job Overview:

The General Manager`s main responsibility is managing and optimizing the overall and day-to-day operations by analyzing, planning, organizing and ensuring consistency with the company’s strategy and goals. In addition to organizing project tasks, assembling a team and managing execution of projects and ensuring stakeholder engagement thereof

Critical experience:

A minimum of 10 years’ experience in leading and Implementing Strategy in Similar sized business In-depth Pharmaceutical Import and export knowledge Financial knowledge and business reporting•

Minimum Education:

Business Management Degree or Diploma in relevant field, related to production, operations, project management

Technical competencies/ Professional expertise:

-Ms Office & Financial Modeling software

-Project management techniques & tools

-Cost management & budgeting

Leadership Competencies: People & team development Ethics & Compliance, Collaboration across business units

Organizational Competencies: Encourages an environment of innovation and improvement Produces new ideas, approaches, or insights; creates innovative products or designs; produces a range of solutions to problems and promotes this kind of thinking in others.
