Responsibilities
Develop and implement operational strategies and plans to achieve the company's goals
Partnering with all stakeholders to ensure they have a value-added experience
Ensuring all stakeholders understand the day-to-day operational issues and meet the expectations
Identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and productivity
Manage budgets and resources to ensure efficient operations
Set and enforce quality standards
Work closely with other departments to ensure the smooth integration of all business functions
Qualifications
Graduate/ Postgraduate with experience in the US Property & Casualty / Workers Compensation
Insurance industry
Minimum 18 years of experience in back-office operations across property & casualty/workers
compensation underwriting, policy administration or claims.
Green belt / Black belt certification will be an added advantage
Strong SLA management experience within a property and casualty insurance-based third-party setup in
India
Excellent people management skills
Open to direction and adopting a collaborative work style with a commitment to getting the job done
Excellent time management, organizational, and prioritization skills
Ability to balance multiple priorities
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex ideas clearly and concisely
Ability to facilitate meetings
Strong analytical ability and decision-making skills
