Manage financial processes and transactions in accordance with policy and law, and to optimize cost-effectiveness of activities.
Recruitment, training and monitoring performance of each sales sector and at all levels of management (Executives managers - supervisors - Salesmen) effectively and permanently, also analyze all sales reports (Daily - weekly – monthly) to monitor the implementation of the sales targets and identify deviations and intervention to modify them first hand.
Handle all Customers Complains, Suggestions & Correspondence in a timely fashion.
Effective communication with customers to study the market to discovery of problems and find quick and radical solutions to these problems as well as dealing with all customer inquiries and requests proposals at an appropriate time.
Following up to fulfill all client requirements and preparing all kind of reports to the height level management.
