To lead complete production, store, quality assurance, dispatch and service (after market) activities of
the organization.
2. ROLE & RESPOSIBLITY:
Production planning as per the schedule received from customers/engineering team
Co-ordination among outsourcing agencies for optimized production schedule
Co-ordination with procurement team for smooth production activities
Handling the services (aftermarket) to the customer satisfaction level
Ensuring smooth FAT process with customers/third party agencies
Ensuring smooth operation of store to compliment the production and service activities
Look after all equipments healthiness at works
3. COMMUNICATIONS AND RELATIONSHIPS:
Internal: Manager Production, Manager Quality, Manager Store, Manager Service (After
Market), Director Production, General Manager Procurement, General Manager Sales &
Marketing, General Manager Technical, Manager HR & Admin
External: Customers, Third Party Inspection Agencies
4. KNOWLEDGE, TRAILING AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED FOR JOB:
Education: Graduate/Postgraduate in Electrical / Mechanical / Industrial / Production Engineering or
MBA in Operations
Experience: 15+ years
Experience of engineering manufacturing organization
Knowledge of various production optimization methodologies and technologies
