Key Responsibilities:
1. Operational Leadership:
- Direct and oversee all aspects of hotel operations including guest services, housekeeping, maintenance, and food & beverage.
- Implement and maintain SOPs of each department and make sure the tam is always in alignment of the same.
- Implement and maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, and efficiency throughout the hotel.
- Monitor and manage operational budgets, expenses, and financial performance.
2. Guest Experience:
- Ensure guests receive the highest level of service and hospitality during their stay.
- Address and resolve guest concerns and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and loyalty.
3. Sales and Revenue Management:
- Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies to maximize occupancy and revenue.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers, vendors, and contractors to ensure cost-effective purchasing.
4. Team Management and Development:
- Recruit, hire, train, and supervise hotel staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and procedures.
- Foster a positive and productive work environment that encourages teamwork and collaboration.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Maintain the hotels standards of cleanliness, maintenance, and overall appearance.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory standards.
- Implement corrective actions as necessary to address deficiencies.
6. Community and Public Relations:
- Build and maintain positive relationships with local community stakeholders, businesses, and organizations.
- Represent the hotel at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities.
