The GM in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) is a key leadership position responsible for

overseeing and managing various operational aspects of the organization. Their role encompasses

strategic planning, operational oversight, risk management, compliance, team management, and

stakeholder engagement. They ensure efficient and effective functioning of operational processes,

systems, and resources to drive business growth, enhance customer service, and maintain regulatory

compliance.

Lead and oversee all operational activities of the NBFC, ensuring alignment with organizational

goals and regulatory requirements.

Develop and implement operational strategies, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency,

mitigate risks, and drive business growth.

Manage and optimize operational processes, systems, and resources to achieve operational

excellence and deliver exceptional customer service.







Proactively manage and elevate brand reputation within the market. Strategize and implement marketing campaigns to effectively showcase products/services for business development.

Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory frameworks, guidelines, and industry standards,

conducting regular audits and reviews to maintain compliance.

Identify and assess operational risks, implementing risk management processes and controls to

mitigate risks and safeguard organizational assets.

Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and professional development within the operations

team, providing leadership, guidance, and support.

Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and regulatory

authorities to facilitate effective communication and collaboration.

Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics, preparing and

presenting regular reports to senior management.

Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory developments, and best practices, incorporating

relevant insights into operational strategies and initiatives
