Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a General Manager Civil at a Real Estate company located in Pune. The General Manager Civil will be responsible for overseeing project management, stormwater management, team leadership, inspections, and infrastructure development on a day-to-day basis.

Team Management

Execution ,Value Engineering Statutory Department Control Estimation.

Mange the overall project

Handling Exp in Multiple site handling sent and Team Leadership skills

Experience in Storm water Management and Infrastructure development

Ability to conduct inspections effectively

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Strong problem-solving abilities

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field

Previous experience in the real estate industry is a plus
