Support candidates in achieving the sustainable livelihood skills.

Ability to coordinate and work well with other staff members.

Contribute to continuous improvement of training programs and processes.

Ensure a safe and conducive learning environment for practical training.

Create monthly and weekly lessons plan.

Maintain high standards of quality in training delivery and assessment.

To ensure placement opportunities are searched and candidates are placed after the training.

To look after overall documentation and reporting sections of the organization.

Active participation in candidates mobilization drives and ensuring the enrolment of legitimate candidates by following due procedure.

Follow up with the placed candidates.

Address the issues of the candidates during the training period, post-training and in placements.

Assist in supervising tracking of placed candidates (post placement tracking).
