1. Researching and identifying government tender opportunities relevant to the organization's business.
2. Reviewing tender documents & understanding requirements
3. Coordinating with team members to gather the necessary information for tender submissions.
4. Preparing and submitting accurate and competitive quotations within the specified deadlines.
5. Ensuring compliance with all tender requirements, including documentation and legal obligations.
6. Managing and maintaining the organization's profile on the GEM Portal.
7. Regularly monitoring the GEM Portal for new tender opportunities and updates.
8. Collaborating with the sales and business development teams to understand customer requirements and develop winning strategies.
9. Building and maintaining relationships with government agencies, vendors, and other stakeholders involved in the tendering process.
10. Keeping abreast of industry trends, government policies, and changes in procurement processes.
11. Should be having good skills in handling GEM Portal, G-Sheets , Word & Excel
Requirements:
1. Minimum of three years of work experience in making quotations for government tenders.
2. Expertise in navigating and using the GEM Portal for tender submissions.
3. Strong knowledge of government tendering processes, rules, and regulations.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
5. Attention to detail and ability to analyze and interpret tender documents accurately.
6. Strong organizational and time management skills to meet deadlines.
7. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
8. Proactive approach to problem-solving and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
