Responsibilities:

Source and negotiate the best prices for garments and accessories to ensure we meet our profit margin targets.
Manage the purchasing process, including placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing inventory levels.
Collaborate with our sales team to ensure that we have the right products in stock to meet the needs of our customers.
Monitor industry trends and new garment and accessory innovations to identify new opportunities for our store.
Analyze sales data to identify patterns and adjust purchasing strategies accordingly.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including those related to sustainability and ethical sourcing.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience in garment retail purchasing or related field.
Strong negotiation skills.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
