We are currently looking for a dedicated and skilled Gardener to maintain and enhance the beauty of our gardens. The ideal candidate should have a deep passion for plants and landscaping, along with the knowledge and experience necessary to ensure the proper care and upkeep of our outdoor spaces.

Responsibilities:

Plan and execute the planting and maintenance of various flowers, shrubs, and trees to ensure an aesthetically pleasing and well-maintained garden.

Perform regular maintenance tasks such as watering, fertilizing, pruning, and weeding to promote the healthy growth of plants and maintain a clean and organized garden area.

Monitor and control pest infestations and diseases by implementing appropriate measures to protect the garden's overall health.

Operate and maintain gardening tools and equipment, ensuring that they are in good working condition at all times.

Implement effective irrigation systems to ensure adequate water supply for different types of plants, considering the local climate and seasonal variations.

Coordinate with the landscaping team to design and implement new landscaping projects, including the installation of new plants and garden structures.

Provide guidance and support to other gardening staff, including training on proper gardening techniques and best practices.

Maintain a comprehensive record of plant inventory, maintenance activities, and any issues encountered, and report to the management regularly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Gardener or in a related role, with a strong understanding of plant care, landscaping, and gardening techniques.

Sound knowledge of various plant species, their specific requirements, and the ability to identify and address common gardening issues.

Familiarity with the use and maintenance of gardening tools, equipment, and irrigation systems.

Physical fitness and the ability to perform tasks that require bending, lifting, and prolonged outdoor activity in varying weather conditions.
