• Gather product fabrication, installation and assembly requirement from Client/ Project Site

• Study Product design and specifications in sketches, drawings, or plans to determine dimensions and optimum quantity of materials required.

• Measure and mark materials for cutting, thermoforming shaping or alterations as per designs specifications.

• Use hand tools, machines, or power saws to fabricate, maintain, and repair a variety of Products and Furniture items.

• Assemble and fasten materials to make Products and Furniture, Frameworks or props, using hand tools and wood screws, nails, Angular Jigs, dowel pins, or glue.

• Inspect and conduct stringent quality checks to identify defects before handover over to Painting and Polishing Section.

• Repair and rework damaged or defective parts or sections of Products/ Furniture. Document repairs and maintain thorough records

• Move necessary materials around jobsite as assigned

• For Projects, perform Install and Assembly of fabricated products at Client Site as per plans/designs

• Regular maintenance of tools and equipment to ensure they are in safe operating condition

• Perform work in accordance with and follows established safety rules and regulations and maintaining a safe and clean environment.
