Job description

Min 4-5 years of total work experience. Must have worked in CSR Fundraising/Institutional Fundraising / B2B Sales (Eg - Corporate Sales etc - High Value Sales) for a min. of 4-5 years

Should have a track record of exceptional performance in B2B fundraising/Sales

Experience of working in the Development Sector for CSR Fundraising/Institutional Fundraising will be preferred.

Mandatory Conditions:

Candidate should be fluent in verbal and written English and must speak clear English

Candidate must have good presentation skills

Candidates must be willing to travel to our office 6 days a week.

This position would allow you to interact with Senior management at top corporations/institutions /foundations and build long-term relationships.

Roles & Responsibilities :

Designing and implementing a systematic fundraising strategy to raise donations from Corporate CSR and Institutional Foundations

Identifying, Connecting , Meeting and building long-term relationships with Corporate CSR and Institutional Foundations

Managing database/CRM effectively and planning a continuous customer engagement

Coordinate with other stakeholders in projects such as School Authorities, Government bodies and CSR arms of corporates as and when required for smooth execution of projects.

Giving Continuous feedback to the product, program, and marketing team about learning acquired

Setting up systems and process for all documents and other sales related activities

Studying the details of each product offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.

Addressing clients' uncertainties, grievances, and suggestions on
