Designation: Funding Specialist/ Process Associate (Tele Calling Sales Profile UK/US)
Shift timing – UK shift (2:30pm to 11:30 pm) and US and Canada (7pm to 4am)
Minimum Qualification: Any Graduation (10th/12th Pass candidates with experience in sales tele calling is also fine).
Location – Indore
Experience: Experience in Sales, Tele Calling Sales
Function/ Department: Sales
Responsibilities:
· Must be comfortable in generating leads through tele-calling.
· Must keep track of all leads generated on regular basis.
· Noting important details of each conversation.
· Attend weekly meetings/trainings with managers and trainers for regular progress.
· Addressing clients queries or grievances about products or the company.
· Ask questions to understand customer requirements and close sales.
Requirements:
· Excellent verbal communication.
· Prior experience as a Telecaller or Banking or Sales or similar role.
· Basic computer knowledge is required.
· Freshers with good command over English can apply.
· Candidates from banking sectors and/or experience in UK market will be a plus point.
· Ability to switch your communication style on a whim.
· Superb interpersonal, research, and record-keeping skills.
