The incumbent is totally responsible for all the communications and fundraising functions of Prayoga. The incumbent should
formulate and execute fundraising strategies to grow Prayoga’s donations in a sustainable way, including efforts to increase funding from current/past donors, as well as attracting investments from newly identified prospects.
execute and manage fundraising campaigns of various nature - CSR, private and government grants etc.
evolve communication strategies for the organization to enhance branding, establish relationships with various stakeholders, and communicate Prayoga's activities and ideas effectively.
establish associations with various institutions for partnership and collaboration
manage all the communications, both internal and external to the organization, through various channels - website, digital marketing, social media, newsletters, print media etc.
exhibit professional and leadership skills to guide and motivate the team members and work towards the goals of the organization.
organize events involving various stakeholders for diverse purposes.
play a critical role in interacting with external agencies in driving the outreach program of Prayoga. This may involve travel to different places and meeting the C level executives of the organizations.
