1. Good understanding of ISO . Road vehicles - Functional safety and its methodologies

2. Should have worked for minimum 2-3 years in Automotive Functional Safety

3. Knowledge of Functional Safety life cycle as per ISO26262 Hazard analyses Risk Assessment Functional Safety requirements Technical Safety requirements Safety at Software Hardware Level

4. Should have experience of working on safety analysis like FMEA (Failure Modes and Effect Analysis), FTA (Fault Tree Analysis), DFA (Dependent Failure Analysis) for system / software / hardware

5. Should have experience of Hardware Architecture metrics (FMEDA) and PMHF analysis as per ISO26262 requirements.

6. Experience with embedded software development using C, should be able to understand software codes and functional flow

7. Good understanding of Vehicle dynamics control system behavior

8. Ready to work on any phase of functional safety life cycle.

9. Should have knowledge of how to operate as interface between cross functional departments for safety related activities

10. Should prepare project safety status report for weekly review

11. Excellent verbal and written communication skills

12. Systematic problem solving skills

13. Should have experience in conducting Functional Safety Audit
