Role : Kronos Workforce Ready (WFR) :: Hyderabad / Chennai / Bengaluru
Domain expertise in HR, Payroll, or Time & Attendance.
• Experience working with an international team and stakeholders.
• Strong Kronos background.
• Strong Kronos Workforce Ready and/or Workforce Central product knowledge and configuration expertise with focus on TLM and Pay Policy, Accrual Policy, Attendance Policy, Access Profiles, Scheduling, and Device Management modules respectively. Experience configuring these policies from scratch based on business requirements, and experience adapting existing system configuration to meet new requirements.
• A minimum of 3 years experience working with Time and Attendance or Payroll systems with at least two years of new implementation experience.
• Experience troubleshooting users’ technical issues with time and attendance or payroll systems.
• 5+ years experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Experience in interacting with business users globally, ability to collect requirements, create business requirements documents and functional specification documents for system improvements.
• Experience working closely with technical teams to translate functional specifications into technical solutions.
• Experience in writing SQL queries, data analysis, and validation.
• Experience working with Kronos delivered APIs for updating People and Timecard data.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
