- Hands-on good experience in Ofbiz, Core Java/J2EE, RESTful Web Services, Spring, OOPS concepts

- Experience and Good command in HTML5, CSS3 with Responsive Design Development, Jquery, Bootstrap and Javascript.

- Good knowledge in Spring Framework is an added advantage

- Should be good in a database like MySql and must have writing MySQL Queries and stored procedures, Query optimization

- Excellent analytical skills

- Must have good communication in English and interpersonal skills.

- Experience on working with JSON and REST APIs

- Knowledge in Java Design Patterns and Hibernate

- Should have the experience in building thick, event-driven, smart client applications and multi-threading programs

- Experience with Junit Testing.

- Adaptable with a high level of initiative and drive

- Creative - can come up with simple, practical solutions to problems

- He/She should have worked on at least 2 core/J2EE development projects

- A passion for technology and its use to solve business problems in a timely and robust manner.

- Good knowledge of Agile software development methodology

- Working Knowledge on source control application (. SVN )
