Full Stack Java + Angular Developer

We are seeking a Full stack developer to takeover work on an existing project (a mobile app and website job seeking platform specifically for photographers and videographers in Australia called 'Shootzu').

NOTE: Required skills for Java in backend and Angular for frontend, hosted in AWS Ec2 + RDS. Some experience with Wordpress installations also preferred (for side projects).

We would like to hear from Full Stack Developers with strong communication skills.

You will use your experience across Java and Angular to the best of your ability to develop and deliver quality enhancements for our needs.

This REMOTE position will be a FULL TIME (5 days per week) position for 12 months, with possibility to extend this timeframe depending on performance.

Your role will include;

The need to investigate and repair bugs

Implement new development requests and functionality

Implement new UX/UI designs which are ready to be installed

Start on and assist new client projects

You will look for ways to improve the code base you’re working with (where appropriate), understand architecture and how it is delivered/run and the impact your changes have, as well as thoroughly test coding before changes are deployed.

Skills Required:

- Strong full stack application development experience

- Solid back end development skills using Java

- Solid front end development skills using Angular

- Proven ability to work in an AWS environment

- Working knowledge of Git, CI/CD and Agile development methodologies

- Strong communication skills to keep us updated across each task

The budget for this position for the initial 12 months is 11 lakh. Please only apply if this is suitable for you
