Responsibilities:

1. Understand company needs to define system specifications.

2. Plan and design the structure of a technology solution.

3. Communicate system requirements to software development teams.

4. Evaluate and select appropriate software or hardware and suggest integration methods.

5. Oversee assigned programs (., conduct code review) and provide guidance to team members.

6. Assist with solving technical problems when they arise.

7. Ensure the implementation of agreed architecture and infrastructure.

8. Address technical concerns, ideas, and suggestions.

9. Monitor systems to ensure they meet both user needs and business goals.

10. Oversee junior developers and evaluate their performance.

Skills Required:

1. Must be able to delegate responsibilities to the team while ensuring that work is completed effectively.

2. Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.

3. Should be able to handle multi-tasks simultaneously, able to effectively switch their attention from one activity to the next.

4. Should able to collaborate with team members - You can show your technical leadership skills by offering to assist your coworkers whenever possible.

5. Strong knowledge of problem-solving.

6. Strong in building software architecture

Must Have: Hand on hand experience on PHP, Laravel, Wordpress, React Native, React Js, Isonic, Testing
