About the position

As a Full Stack Developer, your role will be key in developing and extending the core systems to be used in Alterfin such as CRM, Loan Management System, HR and MIS reporting. You will be building on top of an existing CRM framework and developing new modules that will help facilitate the business processes within Alterfin.

You will keep a close eye on the budget to develop this system and provide information required to support budget preparation and control.

Through this position, you’ll have the chance to gain a direct experience of the financial management of a cooperative active in social investment.

Your responsibilities

• You will join in the business processes within Alterfin and work closely with the Project Manager to implement the required systems.

• You have to understand the existing systems and identify any gaps or shortcomings that can be found. You will partake in brainstorming new solutions that can overcome the gaps in the existing or developed solution.

• You will understand the framework to be used for the development of the systems well and develop code for custom plugins, add-on solutions, or completely independent software applications.

• You regularly have to perform multiple rounds of testing, including unit testing, integration testing, performance testing, and creating unit testing frameworks to ensure that the solution developed are in the best shape possible. You should ensure that the solutions are robust, efficient, bug-free, and meet the clients’ requirements.

• You will support building customized dashboards that showcase real-time data from the developed system as required by the management

• Your role would involve building and maintaining integrations with third-party applications to support a smooth overflow of data from both ends
