Job Description:

As a .NET Fullstack Team Lead at Dexoc Solutions, you will be at the forefront of our development efforts, leading a team of skilled developers to deliver high-quality software solutions. You will be responsible for driving the full project lifecycle, from initial concept through development, testing, and deployment. Your technical expertise and leadership skills will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of .NET Fullstack developers to achieve project goals and meet deadlines.

Project Management: Manage the full project lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, and deployment.

Technical Expertise: Provide technical guidance and expertise in .NET Fullstack development, ensuring best practices are followed.

Code Review: Conduct regular code reviews to maintain code quality and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, QA engineers, and product managers, to deliver integrated solutions.

Problem Solving: Address technical challenges and resolve issues that may arise during development.

Client Communication: Interface with clients to understand their requirements, provide updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Documentation: Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including technical specifications and progress reports.
