Job Description

1. Conduct comprehensive training sessions on front office operations, including guest relations,

check-in/check-out procedures, reservation management, and customer service excellence.

2. Create and update training materials and programs tailored to front office operations.

3. Work closely with industry professionals and experts to organize guest lectures, workshops, and

real-time industry interactions for trainees, bridging the gap between theory and practice.

4. Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of all training activities, assessments, and student progress

are maintained.

5. Proficient in using IT tools such as word processing, spreadsheets, and other essential software

for creating training materials and conducting assessments.

6. A strong commitment to helping students succeed and build their careers in the hospitality

industry through effective training and mentorship.

7. Organizing and facilitating interactions between students and industry professionals to provide

real-world exposure and enhance learning outcomes.

8. Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and interact effectively

with students, faculty, and industry professionals.
