Job Description

• Taking ownership of the entire front office by presenting a strong impression towards clients and visitors by greeting them with a positive, pleasant attitude.

• Helping maintain workplace discipline by regularly maintaining & monitoring visitor logs & employee attendance registers.

• Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls.

• Assisting in managing end to end travel plans if needed (Booking of Flight tickets, cabs, hotels etc.).

• Keeping proper record of stock. (stationery, medicine, housekeeping)

• Entry and updating of Inward & Outward couriers.

• Housekeeping Management, Vendor Management.

Candidate should be smart, having pleasant personality with strong co-ordination skills, problem solving skills, situational awareness, communication and effective time management skills. Must be tech savvy and be flexible enough to do any kind of work in his domain.
