Taking ownership of the entire front office by presenting a strong impression towards clients and visitors by greeting them with a positive, pleasant attitude.

Helping maintain workplace discipline by regularly maintaining & monitoring visitor logs & employee attendance registers.

Answering, forwarding and screening phone calls.

Assisting in managing end to end travel plans if needed (Booking of Flight tickets, cabs, hotels etc.).

Keeping proper record of stock. (stationery, medicine, housekeeping)

Entry and updating of Inward & Outward couriers.

Housekeeping Management, Vendor Management.

Candidate should be smart, having pleasant personality with strong co-ordination skills, problem solving skills, situational awareness, communication and effective time management skills. Must be tech savvy and be flexible enough to do any kind of work in his domain.
