Designation: Front Office Receptionist
Experience: 1- 2 Yrs (Front Office Receptionist Relevant field Exp in clinic /hospital)
Qualification: Graduate Must
Skills: Good in English/Tamil / CRM Software /Mail Drafting / Ms-Office / MIS/Computer skills/ Customer Handling / Typing / Quick learner/ Good Attitude with Professional.
Salary: 15 K - 16 K Takehome
Shift Timing : 8 AM - 4 PM -Morning Shift
12 pm-8 pm Afternoon Shift
8am-8pm Night shift
1- Rotational Shift Week-Off
JD :
1. Receiving the patients/visitors
2. Receiving phone calls and attending to general enquires
3. Doing registration & billing activities.
3. Maintaining the list of Doctors who are on leave.
4. Giving the information to the Reception about the Doctors.
5. Giving appointments to the patients.
6. Mailing the daily Report (In & Out Time) of the Doctors to the Medical Director.
7. Giving and collecting OPD feedback forms from patients.
In Reception:
1. Receive VIP’s and Visitors.
2. Courier Services.
3. Attending to general enquiries.
4. Pass on message to relevant persons.
5. Guiding patients and visitors.
6. Maintaining Log Book / Message Book.
7. Entering the IP feedback data on a daily
