Responsibilities

Reporting to Management and assisting with administrative tasks

We are looking for a front desk representative to greet our guests, schedule appointments, handle queries and complaints. Your contribution will help increase the efficiency of the office workflow.

Customer Service Industry

Hands-on experience with support and guidance to customers.

Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.

Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests.

Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.

Regularly check and sort emails.

Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.

Maintain a visitors log book.

Requirements

Any Bachelors degree.

Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position.

Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)

Excellent communication, written and people skills.

Good multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
