Front Desk Operations:

Greet and welcome visitors in a friendly and professional manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.

Maintain a neat and organized reception area.

Visitor Management:

Manage visitor logs and issue visitor badges.

Inform staff members of guest arrivals promptly.

Administrative Support:

Schedule and manage appointments.

Assist with basic office tasks like photocopying, filing, and data entry.

Receive and distribute mail, courier packages, and deliveries.

Communication:

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or in-person professionally.

Relay messages accurately to appropriate personnel.

Office Coordination:

Monitor and order office supplies for the reception area.

Coordinate with other departments for operational needs.

Customer Service:

Address and resolve visitor or client issues courteously.

Uphold company policies and ensure a positive experience for all visitors.
