Sound experience as a Sr executive in Hotel Industry.

In-depth knowledge of front office operations

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager having strong background in both reservation and sales, along with fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Candidates who are already working or worked in Hotel Industry /Tour and Travels Industry will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities:

Interaction with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies that boost the property presence.

Drive sales initiatives to attract new customers and increase revenue.

Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer feedback promptly and effectively.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.

Resolve operational challenges and customer complaints with effective solutions.
