Roles and Responsibilities

ONLINE TASKS

- Calling and resolving queries of Customers who visit the company website and wish to be contacted. There is NO COLD CALLING involved.

- Telephonic Communication with domestic & international customers.

- Addressing Customer's Grievances & Suggestions & providing order-related details.

- Sharing Product Information on the call with the customers.

OFFLINE TASKS

- Welcoming incoming clients, briefing them about the products, answering initial queries, and them assigning customers to the sales team.

- Working in close contact with the sales team and sharing details about Hot leads.

- Coordinating with the sales team.

- Keeping a track of the orders and logistics.

- Handle administration activities and day-to-day computer-related tasks.

Desired Candidate Profile

This is NOT A TARGET BASED JOB still, a competent manager can prove to be a crucial resource for the company.

The front office manager is the front-face of the company and hence must be positive-minded, polite and smart.

Previous experience in luxury segment products would be a plus.

Good Communication and a good hold over English and Hindi is a must.
