Job Description

Sound experience of Hospitality Industry.

Female candidate will be preferred.

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Manager having strong background in both reservation and sales, along with fluent communication skills in English and Hindi.

Candidates who are already working or worked in Hotel Industry / Naturecure institute / will be given preference.

Candidate from uttarakhand or willing to relocate Dehradun will be preferred

Candidate should be well versed in RMS CLOUD and software which is used in front office ,reservation in hotel industry .

Key Responsibilities:

Interaction with marketing teams to develop and execute promotional strategies that boost the property presence.

Drive sales initiatives to attract new customers and increase revenue.

Ensure exceptional customer service and address customer feedback promptly and effectively.

Monitor financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, and profitability.

Resolve operational challenges and customer complaints with effective solutions.
