Receptionist Job Duties:
• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Create and manage both digital and hardcopy filing systems
• Answer telephone calls and take messages or forward calls
• Confirm appointments and meeting over the call
• Copy, file and maintain paper or electronic documents and records
• Possibly managing office supplies such as stationery, equipment
• Handling the courier related work over the call and mail.
Requirement
• Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to successfully communicate with the public, other employees and vendors.
• The candidate should be a graduate in any specialization.
• Demonstrated excellent organizational, coordinating and personal interface skills.
• Should have good Organizational skills
• The candidate should process Strong customer service skills
• The candidate having proficiency in MS Office will be preferred.
Salary Structure
• The salary range will be between to 8k per month.
