Job Description
Take reservations for rooms.
Check in and check out.
Handle guest messages and guest complaints. Maintain information rack.
Use up selling techniques to sell expensive rooms & also to promote other hotel services.
Allot Room as per guest requirements.
Attend telephone enquiries.
Cab arrangements on demand.
Reply for all the mails in reservations.
Co-ordinate with all the all other depts..
Supervising Rotational shifts & Making duty roaster
Education:
Diploma or Basic Degree In Hotel Managment
Skill & Experience Required
Candidate must have 2-3 yrs of experience from any reputed hotel.
Must have strong Guest Relationship development skill
Must have strong will to take initiatives to improve the Guest experience, Sales and process
Must ready to adapt to new environments and go along with extended or odd shifts.
