We are looking for a Female Front Office Executive with a pleasing personality to manage our Reception area.

Roles & Responsibilities

Coordinate all front desk activities including calls, reservations and guest service.

Act as the face of our company and ensure visitors receive a warm welcome.

Managing all necessary stationery and material.

Supervise and support office staff

Coordinating with all the departments as per requirement

Maintaining records of inwards and outwards of material

Internal & External communication

Requirement

Candidate should have at least 2 years of relevant experience.
