We have an opportunity for Front Office Executive - Female & Male both are preferred.

Excellent Communication, Managing all the Front Office activities, Housekeeping management, Assist HR Team during Interviews and joining. Should be an approachable person for any issues. Committed to working with their team to maintain a positive team spirit. Good listener with a calm manner, and the ability to ask effective questions. Able to communicate at all levels. Excellent customer service skills, and a good telephone manner. Must be a supportive team player who is reliable and respects others, with a desire and drive to meet and exceed targets. Is able to act with urgency when necessary. Is open, receptive, and adaptable to change.

Key Responsibilities

• Managing communications

• Maintaining office databases and supervise members of staff

• Organizing office operations and procedures. This includes correspondence, organizing filing systems, tracking supply requests and monitoring all clerical functions.

• Planning and implementing office systems and equipment purchase.

• Contributing to team effort by accomplishing related results, as needed

• Ability to operate office equipment (fax, copier, mail correspondence, etc.)

• Customer relationship management

• Handling Business Enquiries

• Handling Mail, SMS and WA Campaigns

Desired Candidate Profile:

• A Bachelors’ degree. A minimum of 1 to 2 years of experience.

• Advanced communication & presentation skills

• Fluent in both English and Hindi

• Proactive and positive can-do attitude

• Self-driven with ability to work with a high-level of autonomy in a fast-paced environment

• Knowledge of general office procedures

• Knowledge of Word and Excel

Location: Sector 63, Noida. Shift Timings: 9:30 am - 6:30 .

About EWE Tec Consultants LLP

1. Responsible for preparing different types of primary and secondary drawings according to client specifications given by the Reporting Head.
2. Draft primary drawings such as PFD, P&ID, ESLD, Layout & Civil G.A Drawings etc. using CAD.
3. Modify secondary drawings according to feedback given by the Reporting Head.
4. Prepare of As- built drawings as per the site.
5. Correct and update vendor drawings.
6. Performs additional related duties as requested or required.
