Responsibilities and Duties
• To handle the front office and admin activities.
• Should be presentable, pleasing personality, smart work, polite & sincere.
• Excellent Communication and interpersonal Skills.
• Screening telephone calls, inquiries and requests, and handling them appropriately.
• Receive, direct and relay telephone messages.
• Maintaining the Office Records and Documentation.
• Taking care of receiving & dispatch records.
• Maintain files and record (if needed)
• Scheduling appointments (if required)
Key Skills
Multi-tasking ability should possess a presentable personality and good command over English language.

Experience
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Front Office Executive (Preferred)
Education
• Minimum Graduate
