A front office executive is the first point of contact at the office and is also an integral part of the administration team. They help to coordinate between the individuals visiting the office and the administrative team.
Eligibility: Only Experienced Female candidates From Lucknow can apply.
Education: UG: Diploma - Hotel Management, BHM - Hotel Management
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Should be able to handle calls and customer queries and convert them.
- Should be able to handle entire reception like Check-Ins & Check-Outs, Reservations etc.
- Providing excellent customer service as per hotel standards.
- Providing information regarding the Hotel, town attractions, activities, etc.
- Complete their pre-registration formalities.
- Give proper and complete handover to the next shift.
- Should be able to handle all guests without being biased.
- Must be presentable, active, charming and enthusiastic, and good-looking.
- Coordination with internal as well as external customers/clients.
- Monitoring expenses and suggesting cost-effective solutions.
- Develop and Implement effective policies for all operational procedures.
- Prepare work schedules.
