Full Job Description:
Only Female candidates from south Kolkata in age group of 25-35 may apply
Must be presentable and have good communication in English, Hindi and Bengali. Proficient in using MS Office ( Word , Excel and Power-point)
Must have modern mindset, open to travel. Ability to organize, Multi-task and work under pressure.
Key skill: Answer telephone, screen and direct calls
take and relay messages
provide information to callers
deal with queries from the public and customers
ensure knowledge of staff movements in and out of organization
monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness
prepare correspondence and documents
receive and sort mail and deliveries
schedule appointments
maintain appointment diary either manually or electronically
monitor and maintain office equipment
control inventory relevant to reception area.
Proven working experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibility
and Executive Assistant (EA) to Director
Solid communication skills both written and verbal
