JOB ROLE:
provide suitable tour packages/ including customization
prompt follow up to confirm
Collect required travel documents
Handle walk in customers
follow up with service providers
respond to client queries.
Coordinate with hotels and service providers for new tour packages/destinations/rates
Daily update the Enquiry status in Google sheet
Assist in online/social media promotion
Assist in preparing flyers and promotional material.
Assist in marketing and generating new business leads with Groups, Corporates, Clubs,
Associations, Cooperative Societies, Educational Institutions etc
Understand Tour Enquiry & Booking Process
Local enquiry generated and walk in client data should be inserted in the enquiry sheet and
followed up
Handle walk in clients - Greet, make them comfortable, explain briefly any of our group tour
packages of their choice.
For confirming - collect documents and payment.
Assist in any outside official work – such as bank/other services related
Tour operation handled by HO Team
