Qualification - Any Graduate/ Post-Graduate
Experience – 1-3 yrs.
Salary – Upto 20 K

? Multitasking and Pro Active

Key Responsibilities:
? Interaction with clients/guests
Attend telephonic queries as well as e-mails
? Schedule appointments
Maintain office cleanliness by directing appropriate staff members
? Keep a track of guests by entry in register on daily basis
? Housekeeping of the office
? Order stationary & pantry requirements & keep a track of the same
? Coordination at all levels
? Other/admin tasks to address concerning responsibilities
