1. assists the Ceo with Daily Administrative Duties and Completes a Broad Variety of Administrative Tasks that Include Managing An Active Calendar of Appointments; Completing Expense Reports; Composing and Preparing Correspondence; Arranging Complex and Detailed Travel Plans, Itineraries and Agendas and Compiling Documents for Meetings.
2. plan, Coordinate and Ensure the Ceo’s Schedule is Followed and Respected.
3. tracking and Helping Drive Completion of Key Deliverable and Following Up On Outstanding.
4. drive Team Activities (including Staff Meeting Agendas and Notes, Org-wide Meetings, Social Outings, Catering, Supply Ordering, and other Key Logistics).
5. managing Travel & Expenses, Event Planning, Meeting Agenda Management, Invoice and Financial Processing.
6. attending Key Senior Leadership Meetings and Taking Minutes. in Conjunction with the Leader, Create Agendas for These Meetings, Drive Key Actions, Follow Up with Constituents, and Circulate Minutes.
7. assists in Coordinating the Agenda of Senior Management Team Meetings. Prepares An Account of the Meetings and Designates and Follows Up On Assigned Action Items.
8. driving Close Collaboration with other Executive Assistant Peers By Building Relationships Throughout the Business Across the Company.
9. communicates with the General Staff On the Ceo’s Behalf and Coordinates Logistics with High-level Meetings Both Internally and Externally. Coordinates Meetings and Strategic Activities with the Team.
10. Drafts Reports, Letters of Solicitation, Proposals; Prepares and Coordinates Oral and Written Communication.
11. Performs other Duties as Assigned.
12. Provide Assistance as Needed to Front Desk Operations to Include But is Not Limited To, Answering Phones, Accepting Package and other Deliveries, Lunchtime Relief, and Greeting and Signing in Visitors/guests.
