3. Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone, attending enquiries.

4. Responsible for maintenance of important documents, files and records in an organized manner

5. Maintaining Office Accounts

6. Handling student admission formalities, maintaining their files and records, handling phone calls.

7. Taking care of day to day student enroll/Walk-in.

8. Giving proper information to the students/ candidates about the course/projects.

9. Maintaining the batch file and Log file for faculty and course students.

10. Maintaining Students Database.

11. Support for Marketing and Management Team
