Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and friendly manner.
Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries efficiently.
Schedule appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings.
Assist with administrative duties such as filing, data entry, and document management.
Maintain office security by monitoring the reception area and following visitor entry procedures.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure effective communication and office operations.
Perform additional tasks as required by management.
Qualifications and Skills:

Proven experience in a Front Office Executive or similar role.
High school diploma required; additional certification in office administration is a plus.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
