�� Process all guest check �� ins and check �� outs verifying guest identity, form of payment, assigning room and activating / issuing room key.
�� Set up accurate accounts for each guest according to their requirements.
�� Process all payment types, paid-outs and charges. Count and secure bank at beginning and end of shift.
�� Notify Loss Prevention department of any guest or member reports of theft.
�� Develop/Maintain positive working relationships, support team to reach common goals.
�� Listen and respond appropriately to member��s concern.
�� Follow club policies and procedure, report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to manager.
�� Ensure personal appearance is clean and professional, maintain confidentiality of proprietary information, protect club asset.
�� Welcome and acknowledge guests and members anticipate and address member��s service needs, assist individuals with disabilities, thank members with genuine appreciation.
�� Speak using clear and professional language, prepare and review written documents accurately and completely, answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
REQUIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE-
Should be a pleasant personality, an Enthusiastic and Energetic
Should have good verbal and written communication and Interpersonal Skills Knowledge of Billing and MS Office software will be preferred
Willing to work on rotational shifts.
Morning Shift- 7 to 4, Afternoon Shift- 1 to 10, Night Shift- 10 to 7
