1. Must have 4 to 5 years of work experience in front office desk activities.

2. Must have the ability to speak fluently in English and good computer knowledge, along

with experience of operational purpose and hotel software in the hotel.

Must have capability of handling the guest and also the gesture of greeting them standing up addressing their good names during their check in and check out.

3. Must have the capability of Building quick relations with the guest.

4. Must be aware of the needs and wants of in house guest by giving them a phone call from time to time.

5. Must take care of food order collection from the guest (on request).
