**What to expect from the role** • Hands-on experience with support and guidance to customers. • Exposure to customer service, management, and effective communication. • Exposure to the field of customer service and all its facets. **Responsibilities** • Greet and welcome guests as they come and go. • Be professional and pleasant while interacting with guests. • Handle queries and address complaints. • Attend phone calls and redirect them to the appropriate line. • Take messages and pass them on to the receiver. • Regularly check and sort emails. • Maintain a filing system of all required documents. **Requirements** • Any 12th pass candidate with first class (Maths is mandatory). • Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk representative, or relevant position will be a plus point. • Must know how to use office machinery like a printer, etc. • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office) • Good multitasking, time management, and organizational skills. • Customer-oriented and professional attitude.
