OFFICE EQUIPMENTS AND OFFICE MAINTENANCE OF CORPORATE OFFICE.

MAINTAIN STAFF ATTENDANCE REGISTER AND CLOSE THE DAILY ATTENDANCE ON TIME AND SUBMIT THE ATTENDANCE REGISTER TO EXECUTIVE HR.

MAINTAIN AN UPDATED LIST OF P&t INTERCOM EXTENSIONS AT CORPORATE OFFICE.

MAINTAIN AN UPDATED LIST OF TELEPHONE NUMBERS AT OUR BRANCHES/STORES.

ANY OTHER DUTIES AS & WHEN ASSIGNED BY SUPERIORS.
