At Central Model School Amtala, we are committed to providing quality education and ensuring a smooth admission process for our students. We are currently seeking a Front Office Executive to join our team and assist with admission counselling and related administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:

- Handle inquiries from prospective students and provide detailed information about our courses, admission process, and fees.

- Conduct admission counselling sessions to understand students' needs and guide them towards suitable courses.

- Coordinate with academic departments to schedule admission tests and interviews.

- Maintain accurate records of student inquiries, applications, and admissions.

- Assist with general administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, replying to emails, and managing office supplies.

- Maintaining petty Cash and bank

Qualifications:

- elor's degree in Business Administration or Commerce, Hospitality Management, or related field.

- Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in an educational institution.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Proficiency in MS Office and other office software.
