appointments, handle queries and complaints. Your contribution will help
increase the efficiency of the office workflow.

Greet and welcome guests as they come and go.

Schedule meetings, interviews, and appointments.
Receive packages, deliveries, and letters.
Regularly check and sort emails.
Keep an inventory of office supplies and ensure it is always stocked.
Maintain a visitors log book.
ave an overview of the office expenses and costs.
Help make travel arrangements or any other administrative help.
Requirements
Any Bachelors degree.
Prior experience in customer service as a receptionist, front desk
representative, or relevant position.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
Excellent communication, written and people skills.
Good multitasking, time management and organisational skills.
Customer oriented and professional attitude
