Job Decription for Front Office Executive- 5 days working

• Extend a friendly and welcoming greeting to visitors and maintain a clean and tidy reception area

• Answer incoming telephone calls, emails, and messages and reply to or redirect them

• Managing all admin related work

• Handling stationery and other items related to pantry

• Handling bills and invoices

• Handling petty cash and cash entry in excel on monthly basis

• Co-ordinating with all departments to resolve issues if any

• Maintaining MIS

• Managing office boys for office work

• Make travel and lodging arrangements and create vouchers

Desired Candidate Profile

• Good Communication skills

• Experience: Minimum 1 year as front office

• Age: 25yrs-35yrs

• Only Male preferred

• Knowledge about Microsoft office like word, excel.

• Location – Goregaon ( Western line preferred) .

• Salary: as per company standards.
